Emsil Techtrans Ltd. is a Romanian company, 100% private, located in the North-West of Romania. The Company was established in 1995, currently employing aprox. 110 persons and having an annual turnover of about 11.000.000 EUR.
The group is extended on more than 55.000 sqm partitioned in machining, welding and assembling areas with a total surface of the workshop of 23.000 sqm halls of which 1500 sqm are offices.
Also, a new workshop will be opened from 2011, located in Aiud (Romania), specialized on welding and machining parts.
Emsil is one of the fastest growing and most advanced machine-tools manufacturer in Romania. Our main fields of business are: cnc machine tools, heavy machining, heavy welding, heavy assemblies, machine tools retrofit, machine tools engineering, vertical lathes, horizontal boring mills, turnkey industrial systems, stainless steel machining with strong presence in vertical markets like automotive, aerospace, energy, naval structures, oil and gas and metal processing.
Today, with Emsil Group we come on the market with huge welding capacity for medium and large size parts.

Our production is oriented to medium and heavy size CNC machine-tools and for satisfying the requests of the customers for small and medium machine-tools, we established distribution agreements with manufacturers of these types of machines (machining centres, milling machines, lathes etc.) as JOHNFORD (distributed under the name of EMSIL) and ARGO from Taiwan. All these machines are CE certified.
All the activities above are performed by highly skilled personnel, with extended experience in manufacturing, retrofitting and selling of machine-tools, especially machine-tools equipped with CNC.
